Orders may be cancelled and refunded in full if cancellation is requested before the design proof has been approved and production has started.
Once a design proof is approved and production begins, orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded, as materials and press time have already been committed.
If a completed order does not match the approved proof due to an error on our part (incorrect colour, size, or material), we will reprint the affected items at no additional cost, or issue a partial/full refund where a reprint is not feasible.
