An order is confirmed once a design proof has been shared and approved by the customer, and any required advance payment has been received.
Payment terms (advance, partial, or full payment) will be specified at the time of quotation. Production begins only after the agreed payment and proof approval are received.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided at the time of order confirmation. Basundhara Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (courier delays, force majeure, etc.).
Artwork supplied by the customer remains the customer's property. Artwork designed by Basundhara Enterprise remains our property unless a separate design-transfer agreement is made.
